Telenor Pakistan aspires to become the leader in developing Pakistan's future human capital. With this endeavor in mind Telenor partnered with over 30 universities across the nation to run its Career Management Workshops (CMW) last year.

The objective of the CMW is to educate students on important aspects of career development. An integral part of these workshop is the Student Excellence Program (SEP) conducted by Telenor Pakistan's recruitment team. SEP is an extremely interactive session where the recruitment team discusses in detail the do's and do not's of CV writing and interviews. This is followed by mock interviews which gives the students a chance to learn on the bases of live and personal experience.

Last year Telenor Pakistan benefitted over 4000 students across Pakistan, with its Career Management Workshop and this year the plan is more aggressive than ever before! This year the team has successfully expanded the agenda of CMW by incorporating management of multiple issues students face during their university tenure.
