How Can I Subscribe for an Add-on?
You can subscribe to Telenor Persona Add-ons on top of your new Persona price plans Easy, Simple and Free.You can subscribe to add-ons using following two options.

Call 345: You can call 345 from your Telenor number and request for subscription to a add-on. If there is a requirement to increase security deposit for the add-on then you will have to visit the nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center and make the additional deposit. You will have to bring your CNIC as proof of your ownership of the subscription. |

Visit Telenor Sales & Service Center: You can visit your nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center and subscribe for a Add-on. You will have to bring your CNIC as proof of your ownership of the subscription and pay additional deposit incase your existing credit limit is lower. |
Do I have to subscribe to an Add-on every month to use it?
No, once you subscribe to a Telenor Persona Add-on, it will become part of your price plan unless your unsubscribe it.
Can I change My Add-on?
Yes, you can change your add-on but only once in your billing period. However, you can buy more add-ons whenever you want to. To change a add-on you can follow the same procedure as that of subscribing for a new add-on.
Do I need to increase my Credit Limit to subscribe to an Add-on?
Yes, you may be required to increase your credit limit for subscription for
add-ons.

Minimum credit limit if you subscribe to Telenor Persona price plan WITHOUT add-ons
Easy 1200
Simple 1500

If you subscribe to any add-on, additional security deposit is required as per following
If monthly value of your combined add-ons is
Less than or equal to 200, No additional deposit
Greater than 200, Additional deposit = Twice the add-on value
Example 1:
Price Plan : Simple
Add on 1 : 200 SMS for 25 Rs
Add on 2: 50 Minutes for 50 Rs
Total Add on value = 25 + 50 = 75
Minimum credit limit = Price Plan (1500) + Add on (zero, since total add-on value is less than 200) = 1500
Example 2:
Price Plan : Easy
Add on 1 : Unlimited SMS for 150 Rs
Add on 2: 200 Minutes for 200 Rs
Total Add on value = 150 + 200 = 350
Minimum credit limit = Price Plan (1200) + add-on (350 * 2 = 700) = 1,900
Can I un-subscribe to a Add-on?
Yes, you can unsubscribe to Telenor Persona Add-on after your bill is generated.
You can un subscribe a Add-on your price plan using the following two options.

I have an old Price Plan, Can I subscribe to the add-ons?
No. Telenor Persona Add-ons are only available on new Price Plans Easy, Simple and Free. You will have to migrate to new price plan to subscribe to add-ons. For more details click here
What will happen if I exceed my SMS bundle Limit?
If you exceed your SMS Add-on limit then you will be charged Rs 0.75 SMS + Tax for each SMS after your bundle limit expires.
What will happen if I exceed my Voice Bundle limit?
Exceed voice Bundle limit then you will be charged as per normal calling rates.
What will happen if I exceed my GPRS/EDGE bundle limit?
If you exceed the bundle limit then you will be charged as per the following rates for each EDGE Add-on.
