Is DD facility available for every price plan?
Yes the facility is available on all Telenor post-paid price plans.
After activation of DD facility, will I get the monthly billing invoice?
Yes you will receive your monthly billing invoice even if you activate the DD facility, however, your bill will be paid through your credit card.
Can I pay my outstanding bill even if I have DD facility active?
Yes, you can pay your outstanding bill through other modes of payment (Easy load, Cash and Cheque) at all Telenor retailers OR Telenor Sales and Service Centers whenever you want even if the DD facility is active.
Are there any activation or subscription charges for DD facility?
DD is a free of cost service.
If credit card in not registered in my name, will I get the DD facility?
You can only avail this facility if credit card is registered under your name.
How can I unsubscribe from DD facility?
You can unsubscribe with one month prior notice and after clearing all the outstanding payments.
If my credit card limit is less than my outstanding bill, how can I pay my bill?
If your available credit limit is less than your bill, then your bill will not be paid through DD. You will be required to pay your current bill through other modes of payment (Easy load, Cash or cheque) by visiting any Telenor Retailer or Sales and Service Centers. Your next bill will be paid through DD provided the credit card limit is more than your bill.
If my credit card limit is less than my outstanding bill, will my DD subscription be
terminated.
After three unsuccessful Direct Debit payments (3-bills) of customer because of
unavailability of credit limit on his credit card, the Direct Debit facility will be
automatically terminated by Telenor. |
