Existing Persona Subscription

Existing Persona postpaid customers can request migration to new price plan packages at any time by contacting 345 help line or visiting nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center.

Eligibility
New price plans are customized to suit the needs of individual customers. All customers with connections registered under their names can migrate to new price plans. Customers that are not using any deals can also migrate to any of these new attractive price plans.

Existing Price Plans Status
In order to benefit from new exciting price plan features, attractive call rates and flexible add-on packages, customers are recommended to migrate to new price plans, however existing plans will continue until withdrawn by Telenor.

Free Minutes Carry Forward
All new price plans offer very exciting and unique features with attractive call rates. Upon activation customer will benefit from features of new price plans and any of the remaining free minutes of old price plan will not be carried forward or added into new price plan package.

Migration Process
Eligible customers can shift to any of the new price plans whenever they wish to do so. For migrating to any of the new price plans customer can call 345 or visit nearest Telenor Sales and Service Centre.

Migration Request Verification
Customer visiting Telenor Sales and Service Centre for price plan migration will be required to produce CNIC for ownership verification.

For customers requesting price plan migration through calling 345 from their mobiles will be required to give their CNIC number for verification.

Credit Limit Enhancement
Migration to new price plan may require customers to enhance their current credit limit incase the current credit limit is lower than the limit available on new requested price plan. In this case customer will be required to visit nearest Telenor Sales and Service Centre to enhance the credit limit. Customer can call 345 or visit nearest Telenor Sales and Service Centre to get information on his current credit limit and limit required for new requested price plan.
New Price Plan Activation
New price plan will be activated within two working days of customer request. Customer upon migration will receive package offers of the new price plan.
Billing After New Price Plan activation
Customer will be   billed according to new price plan call rates and packages from the date of new price plan   activation
Changing Price Plan subsequent to migration
After migration, customer may subsequently change his price to any other new price plan excluding old price plans which will not be available after migration.
