What Documents do I need to subscribe to Telenor Persona?
You will need to bring your original CNIC with you if you are purchasing your subscription on cash.
In case you are applying for a approval for wavering of for credit limit then you also need to bring your most recent Utility Bill.
Process of Activation
The process of activation of Persona subscription is very simple and follows these steps
Step 1, Documents:
Bring the required Documents to any of our Customer Sales & Service Centers.
Step 2, Number & Price Plan Selection:
Select the number that you like & the price plan that fulfills your needs.
Step 3, Form Filling:
Fill out the Persona Postpaid Subscription form. Please ensure that you provide the correct billing address & also provide your other Contact number.
Step 4, Activation:
Your Subscription will be activated with in 30 minutes of your purchase.
Step 5, Address Verification:
Your Bill Delivery address is verified in two stages.
In first stage Our Data quality assurance team will call you up & verify the address entered in the system.
In the second stage our Customers Support team physically verifies your bill delivery address with in 48 hours of purchase of your subscription.
If the address verification is successful then your subscription is complete. However if your subscription is not verified then our Customer support team will contact you again for correct address verification.
In case your number is not attended or not responding upon contact, your number will be blocked till your address is verified.
