Who can migrate to new Persona Price Plans?
All customers with connections registered under their names can migrate to new price plans. Customers that are not using any deals can also migrate to any of these new attractive Price plans.
When can I change my price plan?
You can change your price plan only one time in your billing period.
How can I change my price plan?
You can change your price plans with the following two options.
Call 345: You can call 345 from your Telenor number and request price plan change. If there is a requirement to increase the security deposit for new price plan then you will have to visit the nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center and make the additional deposit. You will have to bring your CNIC as proof of your ownership of the subscription
Visit Telenor Sales & Service Center: You can visit your nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center and request for a price plan change. You will have to bring your CNIC as proof of your ownership of the subscription.
My Persona account is blocked or suspended, can I migrate to new price plan?
Yes, You can migrate to new price plan only by clearing your outstanding bill and then requesting for price plan change
What are the charges of Price Plan Migration?
Migration to new Persona price plans is absolutely free.
Can I carry forward or use my remaining free minutes upon migration?
No, your free minutes of existing price plans will not carry forward to new price plan. Upon activation you will benefit from features of new price plan.
How will I be billed after migration to new Price Plan?
You will be billed according to new price plan call rates and packages from the date of new price plan activation.
Do I need to enhance my current credit limit to change my price plan?
Yes, Upon your request for migration to new price plan you may be required to enhance the current credit limit incase your current credit limit is lower than the limit required on new requested price plan.
Can I shift to my old price plan after migration to new price plan?
After migration you may subsequently change price to any other commercially communicated price plan. You will not be able to migrate to price plans whose sale has been stopped.

You can enter in a lucky draw by switching to new PERSONA packages before 20th May 2009
Are there any time constraints regarding the lucky draw?
Yes, to enter a lucky draw you have to switch to new PERSONA packages before 20th May
If you have subscribed to any old package after 24th March and onwards then you cannot enter a lucky draw even if you switch to new PERSONA packages before 20th May 2009

You cannot enter in the lucky draw as only subscribers who have migrated from Economy, Favorite, Special and Classic to new PERSONA packages before 20th May qualify for the lucky draw.
I am on old package and getting a discount. How can I switch to new PERSONA packages?
You can switch to any of new PERSONA package but if you are getting any discounts on your existing old package, it will not be applicable on new package .
Can I enter in a lucky draw if I choose to migrate with in old PERSONA packages?
To enter in a lucky draw you have to migrate from your old package to new PEROSNA packages before 20th May 2009. Migrations with in the old package will not qualify for lucky draw.
Can I enter in a lucky draw if I choose to migrate from prepaid to new PERSONA packages?
No, you cannot enter into a lucky draw if you choose to migrate from prepaid to new PERSONA packages as this campaign is for existing PERSONA subscribers who are on old packages.
