Furthermore you will also get 300 FREE minutes to be used on any day of your choice
How much will I get charged for making calls on F&F numbers?
All calls you make on Telenor F&F numbers will be at 50% discounted rate. This means that you will be charged 25 paisa per call (30 seconds)
For International F&F numbers you will be charged 75 paisa per call (30 seconds)
What is the billing pulse?
You will be billed on 30 seconds pulse
How can I chose my day?
To pick your own day for using 300 free telenor to telenor FnF minutes simply call 345
Is there any condition for using 300 free minutes?
You can use 300 FREE minutes on all calls you make on On-Net F&F numbers.
These minutes will be consumed only on your chosen day
If your chosen day is Sunday and you have our weekend add on activated, Special 5ive 300 minutes will not be applicable as all your calls on Sunday will already be free
Voice Add-On and Price Plan minutes will be consumed first

How many numbers can be added to F&F list?
You can Add up to 5 numbers on your F&F list. These numbers can be both Telenor and International Numbers

You can add following numbers on your F&F list:
For National F&F: Any Telenor Numbers
For International F&F: UK (Landline),Spain (Landline), Hong Kong (mobile), China (Landline, mobile), USA(Landline, mobile), Canada (Landline, mobile),Singapore (Landline, mobile), Germany (Landline), Norway (Landline) and Thailand (Landline)
Is there any subscription fee?
Yes with only Rs 150+tax per month you can subscribe to Special 5ive
Do I have to subscribe to Special 5ive every month to use it?
No, once you subscribe to Special 5, it will become part of your price plan unless your unsubscribe it.
Is this offer available on all PERSONA Packages?
You can avail this offer if you are using EASY, SIMPLE or FREE.
Will my free minutes be used on calls I made to F&F numbers?
In case of calls made on Telenor F&F , your FREE minutes will be consumed. However once you have consumed your FREE minutes then all calls you make on F&F numbers will be charged as per the assigned rate.
In case of calls on International F&F, your free minutes will not be consumed and all calls will charged at flat rate of 75 paisa per 30 seconds.
Is there any fair usage condition on Special 5ive?
No there is no fair usage condition so you can speak your heart out to your loved ones.
How can I create my F&F list?
To add FnF numbers, call 555. Otherwise you can write F&F and send to 345 and follow the instructions.
Do I need to increase my Credit Limit to subscribe to Special 5?
No, you do not need to enhance your credit limit for subscribing to Special 5ive.
Will I be able to make discounted calls on my F&F number while I am on roaming?
Once you are on International Roaming you will not be able to make discounted call on F&F numbers. Normal International Roaming charges shall apply while on roaming.
Are there any administration charges for F&F?
There are no F&F Administration Charges for first 5 attempts but you will be charged Rs 5/- for 6th attempt and onwards.
Can I subscribe to two deals with two different days of my choice?
You may only subscribe to One deal at a time.
Will I be able to make discounted calls on my F&F number while I am on roaming?
Once you are on International Roaming you will not be able to make discounted call on F&F numbers. Normal International Roaming charges shall apply while on roaming.

You can subscribe to Special 5ive using following two options. Call 345: You can call 345 from your Telenor number and request for subscription to Special 5ive. If there is a requirement to increase security deposit for Special 5ive then you will have to visit the nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center and make the additional deposit. You will have to bring your CNIC as proof of your ownership of the subscription
Visit Telenor Sales & Service Center: You can visit your nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center and subscribe to Special 5ive. You will have to bring your CNIC as proof of your ownership of the subscription and pay additional deposit incase your existing credit limit is lower.
Can I unsubscribe to Special 5?
Yes, you can unsubscribe to Special 5 after your bill is generated. You can un subscribe by using the following two options:
Call 345: You can call 345 from your number and request for un-subscription to Special 5.
Visit Telenor Sales & Service Center: You can visit your nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center and un-subscribe. You will have to bring your CNIC as proof of your ownership of the subscription.
