Dear Talkshawk Customers, from 15th March onwards SMS bundles will be split into Onnet and Offnet bundles. For example, Rs10 SMS bundle will be split into 125 SMS each for Onnet & Offnet

Step 1: Customer calls 555 IVR and press 5 to listen to two options available.
Step 2: Depending upon the option selected by customer; respective fee would be deducted from customer account and Free SMS will be awarded.
Step 3: Validity to use free SMS is 15 days.

Use of Value Added Service:
Use of the Service is entirely at the subscriber's own risk and in no event shall Telenor be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including without limitation loss of income, data or other information as a result of the use of the same and the subscriber indemnifies Telenor against all claims that any third party may make against Telenor in respect of the way the Service was used or because the Service was faulty or could not be used.
Special Occasions
All Bundle/Discount/Bonus Offer subscriptions shall not be valid for Special Occasions. Special Occasions include 6 Days of Eid ul Fitr and Eid Ul Adha along with their respective Chand Raats and 1 day of New Year.
