How do I get free minutes and free SMS?
By calling IVR 2222 or sending an SMS containing "FREE" to 2222, Talkshawk subscribers will receive 100 free minutes and 1000 free SMS and Djuice subscribers will receive 200 free minutes and 2000 free SMS, within next 48 hours
How can I earn Free minutes in the following months after subscription?
During the next month after subscription, make as many calls to any network for complete 30 days & get free minutes (Onnet only) in the following month equal to the number of calls made. Maximum bonus of 100 minutes will be given.
Does next month refer to 30 days after subscription?
No, it means calendar month. Customers who subscribe in January and based on their no . of calls made in February, bonus minutes will be posted in March.
Will I get Free Minutes against all the calls that I make?
Free minutes will be given against the charged calls made to Telenor numbers as well as other local mobile networks. Calls of voice bundle or Free minutes will not be considered.
How do Free minutes work?
Free minutes will be counted on per minute pulse and is not dependent on the package pulse. Which means If subscriber on 'Talkshawk har second' makes 1 second call it will be counted as 1 complete free minute. Also if subscriber on 'Talkshawk 30 second' makes 20 second call it will be counted as 1 free minute.
What happens if I subscribe to SMS bundling option?
The SMS' purchased will be added to the already FREE SMS' provided
What happens if I subscribe to Voice bundling option?
The Minutes purchased will be added to the already FREE Minutes' provided
What will happen to the validity of Free Minutes/SMS if I subscribe to Voice/SMS bundling option?
The validity will be set to the new validity of all free minutes/SMS available

Can Free minutes be used for making calls to other mobile operators or PTCL?
No, free minutes can only be used for making Onnet calls - Telenor to Telenor only.
Can Free SMS be used for other local mobile operators?
Can we migrate to other packages?
When a subscriber migrates to any new package his/her free minutes and SMS will be confiscated.
What will happen if the subscriber has also subscribed for the "Free Hour Campaign"?
Free minutes will be consumed during the "Free Hour Campaign"
What is the process of getting a SIM replacement?
If the qualifying customers have lost/damaged their SIM, they can get a replacement SIM upon payment of Rs.55, from any Telenor Sales and Service Centre or Franchise during the duration of this campaign. After tax amount will be later reimbursed to the subscriber within 10 days after the SIM Replacement . To qualify for reimbursement, the subscriber has to subscribe to the SIM Lagao Offer(2222) with in 5 days after the SIM Replacement.
